Overall, this reversible sun hat is great. The material feels quality and is sturdy. The colors are vibrant and, after sizing up, the hat fit perfectly. One complaint with the reversible hat is with the "opposite side" the tie doesn't work as well (crush the rim of the hat and make it flat against the child's ear).

There should be two slits in the brim, close to where the strings sit. If you put the strings through these slits, you will be able to use them when the hat is reversed as well. My son was born with CMN & NCM-conditions that put him at a higher risk for developing skin cancer. While trying to find the perfect apparel to protect his skin, I came across UV Skinz. The thing that sold me was that they have swimsuits that are long sleeves AND fully cover the legs. The zipper enclosure makes it so easy to slip on and off your little one. I think the hardest part about the process is that all the designs are so cute, it's hard to choose *just* one! Definitely will be purchasing the hooded onesies for everyday, non-water adventures under the California sun!
